I believe that this genre arose from the wave of conservatism in black metal and against NSBM

"It's not like the existence of RABM is even a recent development; Profecium formed in 1993 and released Socialismo Satánico in 1997." That's right, @Cassandra-Leo. But we should expect people who deny the holocaust and who usually say that communism is fascism, or that Obama is stalinistic, or other ignorant political aberrations to try to be orwellian about facts. They hate facts. They want to erase history. Rock and punk were always about fighting opression and power, and rebelling. And there is nothing more opressive than nazism, than an ideology that wants to eliminate the weak and subjugate our fellow humans. Rock will always fight tha!. There will always be people, in all genres of rock, fighting that. From hardcore, crust, metal, black metal, all fucking genres. Nazis will never be without opposition. Never. That is what this is about. Not about what "true black metal is about". Metal fans, if they perceive a scene is poluted by nazis, they will fucking try to clean it. NPFO!

Anarchism is the oldest form of socialism; before communism even existed there was anarchism. Anarchists were part of the Socialist International, they were part of the left-wing groups that formed the Paris Commune, they fought in Ukraine against the Whites and the Bolsheviks, they were part of the Republican left in Spain and fought against the fascists and later against the Stalinists that wanted to take over the Republican cause from within. And on and on. Anarchism and communism are grouped together because anarchism and true communism have the same goals. A system in which people do not work for themselves (i.e. capitalism) is not anarchism, because leaderlessness is a key component of anarchism and capitalism certainly is not leaderless. So-called an-caps would just replace state governance with corporate governance, which would be even more poisonous than the current system.

I don't understand how Communism and Anarchism are always grouped together, when they are on opposite sides of the spectrum; Communism is as far left as you can go, and it's complete dependence on the government for everything, military states, food stamps, government building projects and dictatorships, while Anarchism is as far right as you can go, complete freedom, laissez faire and no dependence on any entity, be it personal or national, other than yourself. You can be one or the other, not both. They should never be grouped. It's as ironic as a liberal shouting for independence, or a conservative shouting for war.

everything that is not anarcho-capitalism is facism. anarcho commies are just dumb fascists. capitalism (which is free market) doesn't ever existed (we have now corporatism which is NOT capitalism). what do you call "true anarchist"? caveman with mace? Ich bin ein zivilisierter Mensch, that looks into the future. In true anarchism you CAN create your own communist society (if people wish to join) - or live in normal capitalistic. Which is better, and more anarchistic? work for your government, or for yourself? anarchism without capitalism, it's just like fascism without panzer divisions.

@Steelvagina Most anarchists are communists (including myself). Except for anarcho-capitalists, which aren't true anarchists because of the hierarchical implications of anarcho-capitalism,

there are a whole lot of anarchists who love black metal. why shouldn't there be anarchist black metal? it doesn't really matter if someone doesn't like it, because it already exists.

haha, the neo-nazi troll deleted his shout. I guess he was embarrassed about being shown up for his poor knowledge of black metal history.

yes Euro was a communist but Stalinist. Saying that he was more authoritative than most rabm bands is totally wrongly. since most of them are just communists, lenists, anarcho-communist,... . But Euro was in fact totally against facism/nazism, and never a racist. This was one of the firsts things he quarreled with Varg. And he never allowed Varg to inluence Mayhem with his pagan-nazi (pagan-nazism is contradictory itself) veiws. Apparently Euro even got more tired with Vargs neo nazi crap, when he signed a band from Israel in his Deathlike silence and Varg complained.

...You do realise Euronymous was a communist, right? Admittedly, a lot more authoritarian than most of the RABM bands.
